About Us

Kappa Sigma Fraternity is focused on the Four Pillars of Fellowship, Leadership, Scholarship and Service. Our chapter (Beta-Zeta) is committed to these values and our members interact with the larger community in accordance with them. Our members are heavily involved in the Stanford campus, in groups that include sports (both at the varsity and club levels), Mock Trial, Stanford Daily, Robber Barons, Stanford Consulting, and many more. As an organization, we raised ~$30,000 this past winter quarter through a wide range of philanthropic endeavors, showing our deep commitment to service. We have partnered with organizations such as Stanford Dance Marathon, Autism Speaks’ Bike to the Beach, the Palo Alto Opportunity Center, and Heart and Home. We have both current brothers and alumni working at prestigious companies including Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, Bain Capital, and Bridgewater Associates, as well as 4 Mayfield Fellows and several members pursuing higher education.

We are deeply dedicated to one another, as evidenced by our strong bonds and close-knit brotherhood. You will find us all sitting at the same lunch table eating our wonderful chef’s food while discussing recent political developments or watching a football game on a Sunday morning. Similarly, you can find us enjoying the sun in our turf backyard or listening to music in our lounge every weekend. We are constantly looking to make our college experience a memorable one, while maintaining a high level of academic performance. We provide a support network for our 75 members, looking out for each other’s well-being during our time here, and preparing them to succeed in the post-collegiate world. Members of our fraternity will proudly say that joining the Kappa Sigma organization is one of the best and most defining moments of their Stanford careers. It truly is a brotherhood for life, and we can’t wait to meet our newest brothers.
