Cardinal Engage: Getting Registered as an FSL Organization

Please review the resources below, sign into CardinalEngage, and submit your renewal each calendar year.

Training resources:

• The student leader training video
• The training slide deck
• One-page onboarding document

You will need the following registration materials to complete the renewal process:

• Updated chapter roster with Stanford email addresses of members (template)
• A list of officer roles and who is filling those positions
• Most recent constitution
• Contact information for all alumni advisors (template)
• A general academic year calendar of your programs, events, and other important dates (template here if needed - feel free to bring and upload whatever system your chapter already uses, for example, OmegaFi, Google calendar, etc.)

*Note: If you already started working on your renewal, you can continue editing it by navigating to the CardinalEngage homepage > opening the left-hand menu (three lines in the top left corner) >  click ‘my surveys and forms’ > and select ‘edit’
